Quebec Trans-affirmative Provider List

The purpose of this reference list is to assist anyone attempting to locate trans-informed, trans-affirmative health professionals by region or by area of practice.

As a minimum requirement, all health professionals who registered indicated that they adhere to the WPATH SoC 7 and that they are authorized to practice where they list their office.

How to use the list

The list is made available as an Excel document within a .zip file. You must first download the .zip file and then extract the Excel document on your computer (by double-clicking the .zip file). You can then select and reorganize the information according to what you’re looking for (geographic area, populations served, letter provider, etc).

For professionals

This list will be revised on a regular basis. We encourage any health professional practicing in or near Quebec from a trans-informed, trans-affirmative perspective to fill out this short form in order to be added to the list.
